CUI Wear is owned by CUI International, a leading healthcare company specialising in medical garments for incontinence, ostomy and hernia support.

Our range is designed specifically for ostomates. There is a wide variety of styles and sizes available and each item is fitted with the CUI Wear patented inner pocket system. The inner pocket houses the stoma bag and provides excellent support for the wearer ensuring full confidence and privacy. A selection of garments from the range is available on prescription.

Our System

A proprietary support system which is unobtrusive and conceals the appliance within the underwear.

The range is designed to enable the wearer to experience a sense of great comfort and confidence as the appliance is supported and held securely. The CUI patented scoop shape of the pocket sits snugly around the flange. This important feature prevents the elastic from digging/pushing into the pouch – hence preventing leakage accidents. All pockets have an opening at the bottom for drainage. As the pouch is supported in a cool cotton comfort pocket, unobtrusively away from the body, this prevents heat build up around the stoma skin/area.

For all pouch types - This eliminates the risk of the pouch slipping out.

For drainable pouches - it also eliminates the clip/tap rubbing directly onto the skin.

For both women and men, we offer beautiful and functional underwear, purpose made and in the latest modern designs and fabrics - from luxury satin and silk to soft pure cotton and supple microfibre, trimmed with fine Italian lace or Swiss cotton.
