Taking part in an organised run, walk or cycling event is a fantastic motivation to get fit again and do something for a good cause. If you prefer team games you may want to set up a football, volleyball or cricket match and invite mates and neighbours. Dancing, yoga and swimming are some other activities you could try.
If you are getting married, or celebrating a "big" birthday, why not ask your guests to donate to Ostomy Lifestyle instead of buying gifts?
Hosting an event can also be a fabulous way to raise money with all of the fun. For example, if you like baking, why not hold a coffee morning and ask your guests to donate to our cause? How about a murder mystery evening? The possibilities are endless!
